Shipping

Shipping available to UK customers only.

 

Upon receiving your order we aim to dispatch this to you within 5 working days. You will be notified of your delivery's status via email.

Standard UK Delivery (Tracked) 3-5 days - £3.50

UK Custom Charges

Please be aware that any single transaction that exceeds £160.00 GBP may be liable to additional UK Custom charges. The customer will be responsible for paying these charges. Any unpaid charges will result in items being returned to sender.

Unclaimed/Return to Sender

If a parcel is unclaimed and sent back to us, shipping costs will reapply to have the parcel resent. We will hold any unclaimed parcels for up to 14 days and attempt to contact you, if no response is received within that time no refund or reshipment will be made.

Postal Delays

Market Town CrossFit cannot be held responsible for any postal or delivery delays which would be out of our control. Including but not limited to: customs, service strikes, weather, disease, natural disaster, fire or failure of telecommunications. 

If your delivery its damaged in anyway, it is important that you report this to us within 48 hours otherwise the delivery companies may not accept a claim. 

Faulty Items

​If your items arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a refund or exchange. Please do not return your items to the returns address until you have contacted us directly. 

All faulty or damaged items must be reported within 20 days of delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you love your MTCF items but we do understand that there may be occasions when items aren't suitable. We are happy to accept any refunds up to 14 days of receipt of purchase, After 14 days we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on any unwanted items. 

If you wish to refund, please fill out our contact form.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in it's original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered. Any items with make-up marks, animal hair or any other signs of being worn or washed will not be accepted. 

We aim for 100% customer satisfaction so we look forward to assisting you every way we can.
