WHAT WE OFFER

Our aim is to create a gym environment that anyone can walk into and feel they could join in from day one. Here's just some of the awesome benefits to becoming a Market Town CrossFit member! 

COACHED WORKOUTS

Every session is lead by one of our fully qualified CrossFit coaches. This means that there is always a coach on hand to help guide members on the proper form and techniques used in CrossFit.

BEGINNER SESSIONS

Our beginners session are for new members coaching you through the fundamentals of CrossFit. These sessions break down the movements and spend time working on proper form and the techniques involved.

BIG FRIDAYS

Big Fridays are our only ninety-minute long sessions held every Friday at 6pm. This is one of our most popular sessions, finishing off the week with some big lifts and intense conditioning. 

WEIGHTLIFTING CLUB 

We now offer a weightlifting program and membership designed to help athletes who want to improve their weightlifting technique. This is a coach-led class where our goal is to address any specific weak links in both the Snatch and the Clean and Jerk, for each individual.

ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM

Our online booking system allows our customers to book their sessions quickly and easily through the website or app. Access to our timetables, memberships and packages can all be done online too.

Benchmark workouts allow you to easily measure your progress from day one. You can also measure your gains in strength by testing your one-rep max Olympic lifts.
